You have to be 18 to buy something from this website. If you are under 18 please ask your dad. He will probably like the clothing anyway.
You are not allowed to hack the website, scrape our images, leave fake reviews, or make 17 different accounts to abuse discount codes. If you do any of these things we will ban you permanently. No appeals. We don't need your money that bad.
If we list a shirt for 99 rupees by accident because one of our interns messed up, we reserve the right to cancel that order. We are not giving away 1000 linen shirts for 99 rupees. Sorry not sorry.
Our maximum total liability to you for anything that ever goes wrong is the exact amount of money you paid us. We are not responsible for your lost profits, your broken heart or the fact that your girlfriend wants the product now.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its validity, interpretation, breach or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chandigarh, India.
