Shipping Policy

Last Updated after fighting another match with our courier partner.
This is the only 100% honest shipping policy on the entire Indian internet.
We do not control the courier. We do not manage the courier. We have never actually met anyone that works for the courier. We hand your package to a guy at the gate of our warehouse and then we pray exactly as hard as you do.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for any reason, no questions asked, for 4 full hours after you place it. After that it has already been printed, packed and handed to the courier and we cannot get it back.
All orders are processed and dispatched the next working day, so this cancellation window applies before your order is prepared for shipment.
Partial COD is available on all orders below ₹5000. This is as per the rules set by the payment gateway.
We will ship your order within 3 working days.

It will reach Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore in the next 2-3 days.

It will reach most other cities in 3-4 days.

It will reach really remote places in 5-7 days.
Phew!
Once we hand it over to our courier partner, it is technically no longer our fault. We will yell at them on your behalf. We will call their manager. We will say very mean things about their work ethics. But we are not actually responsible if they lose it or eat it.
(But we'll take care of it, Obviously. Mostly.)
Delivery Attempts
All couriers will make exactly 2 and a half delivery attempts.
Not 1. Not 3. Exactly 2 and a half. The half one is when they stand outside your gate for 12 seconds, take a photo of your door mat and then mark it as "customer unavailable".
If you miss all attempts your package will be marked Return To Origin. This is the official term for "we are never seeing that package again".
Return To Origin (RTO) Rules
If your package gets RTO'd we will send you one very sad email.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you want us to send it again you will have to pay the shipping charges again (if applicable for your order). That is not our rule. That is the courier's rule. And we hate it exactly as much as you do.
We will not argue with you about this. We will not make exceptions. We have already lost 3 separate arguments about this with the courier this week. We are tired.
But since we only offer exchanges, return shipping charges will be waived, once you put in the exchange request.
It is 100% your responsibility to give us the correct address, answer your phone and be available when the courier comes. If you write "near the big tree" as your address we will judge you.
Lost, Damaged And "Marked As Delivered" Packages
Legally we are required to tell you that once we hand the package over to the courier all risk transfers to them. That means technically we have zero liability if they lose it, steal it, drop it in a puddle or give it to your neighbour.
Here is what will actually happen:
If the courier marks it as delivered and you did not receive it, tell us. We will open an investigation. We will yell at 7 different people. We will escalate it to people who have never even answered a phone call in their entire life.
If we can prove they lost it, we will send you a brand new one or process an exchange 100%. No questions.
If we can't prove it? Sorry. We tried. There is literally nothing else we can do. The courier operates on rules that even God does not understand. (But we'll still find a way, because we value our inner circle)
If you ordered Prepaid:
The courier will actually try. They will call you once. They will text you once. If you do not reply or you are not available, they will cancel the order and send it back to us.
When this happens we will automatically talk to you and find a solution. No hoops to jump through. We will be slightly annoyed at you. But we will still find a way.
If you ordered COD:
The courier will make exactly 2 attempts. That is it. No more. If you miss both, they will cancel the order and they will never bring it back.
They will also not send it back to us. They will just keep it. Or lose it. Or give it to their cousin. No one actually knows what happens to cancelled COD orders. They just vanish from existence.
If this happens there is almost nothing we can do. We will try. But don't get your hopes up. You will probably have to place a completely new order. We are sorry. This is just how it works. (But let’s not get to this point, please)
Other important facts no other brand will ever tell you:
If the tracking says "out for delivery" before 9AM it will arrive between 7PM and 9PM.
If the tracking says "out for delivery" after 2PM it will arrive tomorrow.
At no point will anyone ever actually answer the phone number listed on the tracking page.
Shipping is 99 rupees. Always. For everyone.
Nah just kidding, unlike literally every other brand in this country, shipping on all our orders is completely free. Thank you, we really care about you.
