Every single privacy policy on the internet starts with the line "We value your privacy". This is a lie.

Legally we are required to tell you that we could collect your password, your credit card details, your medical history, and any other information you voluntarily give us. We will never ask for any of that except the absolute minimum required to send you your order.

This is the full and complete list of data we will ever collect about you:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your delivery address

• Your email address

• Last 4 digits of your card number

• Confirmation that you opened an email we sent you

• What size clothing you wear

That is it. That is the entire list. We do not track your location. We do not read your Whatsapp status. We do not know what other websites you visit. We do not use your data beyond what is necessary to run your order smoothly. 

We will use your data for exactly 4 things and nothing else:

• To send you the order you placed 

• To send you a message when the courier is at your door

• To check if you are trying to scam us

• Very occasionally, to send you one email about a new drop, if you haven't unsubscribed

We will never:

Build an advertising profile about you

Try to predict your political opinions

Send you 7 marketing SMS a week

Sell your data to any third party for 3 rupees per lead. This is what usually happens. But  we will not.

Legally we are required to tell you that by giving us your phone number you consent to us contacting you even if you are on DND. We will never ever contact you to sell you something. We will only ever contact you about your active order.

The only 3 entities that will ever receive any of your data from us are:

• The courier company

• The payment gateway

• A judge, if he shows up with an actual signed warrant. This has never happened. If it ever does we will probably email you to tell you first.

Legally we are also required to tell you that your data may be stored on servers outside India. It is. It's on AWS servers in Singapore (or maybe some other one by the time you read this). No one is actively reviewing it, and it is securely handled.

Cookies

We use cookies. They have one job: to remember what size you wear. They will not follow you around the internet. They will not tell other brands you like linen. You can turn them off if you want. But if you do that the website will break. That is just how cookies work.

Your Rights

In accordance with DPDPA 2023 you can ask for a copy of all your data, correct it or exercise your Right To Be Forgotten at any time. Any request will be completed within 72 hours. No hoops. No 21 working days nonsense.
