This is not one of those help centers where you talk to a chatbot for 45 minutes before it tells you to restart your router.

If you have a problem:

  • DM us on Instagram. Reply time: 12-24 hours. Almost always less.
  • Whatsapp us. Reply time: 12-24 hours.
  • Call Mr. Surya directly if you have his number. Reply time: Whenever he is not in the warehouse or doing QC checks in stores. 
  • There is no IVR. There are no ticket numbers. There is no script that says "I understand your frustration".
  • If we messed up we will just say "sorry we messed up" and then fix it.
  • Common responses you will never hear from us:
  • Have you tried washing it?
  • That is part of the design.
  • All sales are final.
  • Your query is very important to us.
  • Oh damn that's bad. We will ship you a new one tomorrow
