Return & Exchange Policy
Let's be 100% honest. Every brand hates returns. We hate returns too. So we do exchanges instead.
Here are the exact rules, no fine print:
- You can request an exchange for anything within 7 days for any reason at all, as long as all original tags including the yellow hang tag and other branded tags are completely intact and uncut.
- This applies to all regular (non-sale) products.

If it is our fault, exchange is completely our responsibility to be taken care of after you raise a request.
- If you ordered 5 sizes just to try on and exchange 4, we will charge you extra for shipping. Don't be that guy.
- Sale items can only be exchanged if they arrive with a manufacturing defect, ripped, torn or damaged. No change of mind. No size exchanges. You knew it was on sale.
- Innerwear and socks are never exchangeable. For obvious reasons.

All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size and style.
- If you choose an exchange for a product of lower value than your original order, the remaining balance will be issued as a voucher that can be used on a future purchase.
- If for any reason we cannot fulfil your exchange, we will give you a 100% refund back to exactly where you paid from. No wallet mess. No store credit you have to use in 30 days. If you paid via UPI you will have the money before you finish the conversation.
- The decision of our QC team is final. If they determine the product has been used or altered, that assessment will apply, but we will always keep you informed transparently.
