You don’t have to blindly trust us.
99% of all brands are a mess. 100% of all brands eventually get there. This is an unbroken law of the universe. No exceptions.
The only guarantee we can give you is this:
We have not yet turned into that.
Right now. Today. At this exact second. We are still doing things the right way.
One day we will get big. We will hire MBA consultants. They will tell us to put 3 inch logos on everything and raise the prices by 40%. One day I will start posting motivational reels on LinkedIn. It is inevitable.
But that day is not today.
That is the most honest guarantee you will get from any brand. Anyone that promises you anything more is probably overpromising.
Every other brand will tell you they are different. We try to show it by not putting a 3 inch logo on your chest. Also this FAQ. Name one other brand that will say half the things written here.
Yes, we do have physical stores.
You can find us in Chandigarh, Ambala, Patiala, Kharar, Rajpura, and Mohali.
You can search for us on Google Maps and it will show you the nearest store to your location.
We do run sales occasionally, during off-seasons, festivals or on selected products.
There’s no fixed pattern, so the best way to know is to stay updated with us.
Orders & Payments
DM us on Instagram. Reply time 12–24 hours.
Whatsapp us. Reply time 12–24 hours.
Email works too, but replies may take up to 48 hours. Calling is not the best way to reach us, we’re usually in the warehouse or stores.
DM us on Whatsapp. Tell us what you want and your address. We will send you a payment link and do everything else for you.
Sometimes there can be a delay in confirmation due to network or payment gateway issues.
If your payment has been deducted:
Check your email (including spam)
Wait for a few minutes
If you still don’t receive confirmation, DM us with your payment details and we will resolve it quickly.
You have exactly 4 hours from the time you placed the order to cancel or change it. After that processing has already started and changes may not be possible.
If you want to change your delivery address, same 4 hour rule applies. After that it usually cannot be changed as per courier limitations.
Shipping & Delivery
There might be a delay from the courier partner. DM us on Whatsapp, we will help you track the same.
Delivery timelines can sometimes be affected by the courier. We are coordinating with them to resolve it as quickly as possible. You can reach us via Whatsapp, we’ll support you through this.
You can ask a family member, neighbour or security to receive it on your behalf.
The courier will make delivery attempts and then send it back if unsuccessful. If you inform us in advance, we can try requesting them to hold it for a few extra days.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Yes. You have exactly 7 days from the day you received it. All original tags including the yellow V'Sneek hang tag must be completely uncut.
Once we receive it back it will go to our QC team. If the product appears used or washed, the exchange may be rejected. Their decision is final, but we will always try to help you with the best possible solution. (Please don’t cheat us)
Once we receive the item back we will process your exchange within 7–10 working days. It usually takes around 7–10 days depending on logistics.
We currently do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges.
We make very limited quantities. If you return it someone else could have bought it.
All exchanges that cannot be fulfilled on our end due to availability, will be refunded as 100% refunds. No exceptions.
If your requested size is not available, we’ll request you to exchange it for another product.
If that doesn’t work for you, WhatsApp us, we’ll find a solution together.
Damaged, Missing & Incorrect Items
DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
We will apologise and ship you a replacement at the earliest.
